Import-export customs compliance: your goods ship without hold-ups.
Fewer customs hold-ups · No conflict with your current partners · Management time recovered
Every international shipment deserves thorough preparation. At CTB Group, we secure your import and export operations by reviewing every critical aspect before your goods are shipped, including commercial documentation, HS tariff classification, customs valuation, preferential origin, CBAM requirements, EU customs compliance, and all applicable regulatory obligations.
Our Customs Pre-Compliance approach helps businesses reduce delays, unexpected costs, customs inspections, and border disruptions while ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient international trade.
Because preventing customs issues before shipment is always more cost-effective than resolving them at the border.
Who do we work for?
Three situations, three ways of working. Recognise yours.
You import into Europe
You import into Belgium or the EU without a dedicated customs team. We structure your imports as if you had one, without the cost of a full-time role.
You manufacture outside the EU
Producer in Latin America, Africa, Asia or the Middle East. From Belgium, we orchestrate your products’ entry into the European market.
You export from Europe
We secure origin, formalities, controls and the evidence expected at destination, so shipments are not held up after departure.
Your Strategic Partner for Customs Compliance and International Trade
CTB Group supports businesses that import, export, or expand into international markets by turning customs and regulatory complexity into a competitive advantage.
From customs pre-compliance and import/export documentation to customs coordination, EU regulatory compliance, and trade advisory, we help secure your international operations so your goods move across borders efficiently, compliantly, and without unnecessary delays.
Because preparing your customs documentation before shipment will always cost less than solving problems at the border.

Securing operations before shipment
Anticipate risks before your goods leave
Customs problems generally do not start at the border. They originate in an incomplete invoice, an incorrect tariff classification, a poorly substantiated origin or an unidentified regulatory obligation.
CTB Group works upstream to check the consistency of your data, your documents and the requirements that apply to your operation.
The result: less uncertainty, fewer unexpected costs and a smoother supply chain.

"A flow held up at customs always costs more than a well-prepared file"
Customs risks we eliminate before they reach the border
Commercial invoice inconsistent with the packing list, misclassified HS code, vague Incoterms, incomplete ICS2 entry summary declaration, unanticipated CBAM obligations: every year, thousands of companies see their goods detained, reclassified, or surcharged because of avoidable documentary errors.
Your control tower for your import-export flows
Ready-to-file customs documentation, CBAM compliance, and EU Customs Reform 2026 support — for importing companies, e-commerce operators, and non-EU producers entering the European market.

The files we handle
We do not publish our clients' names: customs compliance touches sensitive commercial data, and discretion is part of the service. Here, however, is the nature of the files that pass through our hands.
Brazilian wine imported and distributed in Europe
Excise duties, VI-1 certificate, labelling, origin and customs value, for distribution in France and Belgium.
Belgian religious articles exported to the United States
A flow where the proof of origin and the documents expected by the American buyer matter as much as the declaration.
Timber imported from Africa
Where customs compliance meets the EU deforestation regulation: traceability and due diligence.
Brazilian agri-food into the European Union
The EU–Mercosur corridor in practice: sanitary controls, certificates, direct coordination with producers in Portuguese.
Some of these are full assignments, others one-off interventions or collaborations with other firms on the parts they do not cover. We prefer to say so rather than display logos.
Why companies choose CTB Group
What sets us apart
Fewer customs holds
We step in before shipment, while an error can still be corrected on a document rather than on a dock. Your goods leave with a file that holds up.
No conflict with your existing partners
We replace neither your freight forwarder nor your declarant: we prepare and secure what you send them. You keep your contracts and your working habits.
One single contact for the whole of Europe
Based in Belgium and working in five languages, we coordinate your suppliers, your carriers and the authorities so you never have to arbitrate between them.
Recommendations your teams can actually apply
No theoretical report: dated actions, assigned to someone, and sized for the resources you really have.
Management time given back
You stop arbitrating customs questions between two meetings. The subject is tracked, documented, and only comes back to you when a decision is yours to make.

Frequently asked questions
Are you a customs representative?
No. CTB Group prepares ready-to-file dossiers and coordinates the licensed declarant: the declaration is still filed by an authorised representative.
Is the first conversation chargeable?
No, the first thirty minutes are free. The Diagnostic that follows is a paid engagement.
Do you work with my current freight forwarder?
Yes, without replacing them. We prepare the data and documents they expect, so the back-and-forth stops.
Does CBAM apply to me?
If you import iron, steel, aluminium, cement, fertilisers, hydrogen or electricity: authorised CBAM declarant status has been required since 1 January 2026.
Which languages do you work in?
In French, Dutch, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
How quickly will you get a reply?
Within 48 hours of your request.
The person behind CTB Group
“I founded CTB Group because too many companies discover a customs problem only once their goods are already held up.”

Training in international logistics at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV, Brazil). Five working languages — and in-depth knowledge of the EU–Brazil corridor.
