Diagnostic Ready-to-Import
You are opening a market, changing supplier or launching a new product line
No one in the company can say with certainty that the file will clear. We build a complete picture of your flow: data and document matrix, mapping of customs and regulatory risks, and a corrective action plan to carry out before shipment.
In practice we start from a real operation that is representative of your flows, not from a theoretical questionnaire. We go through your invoices, your product sheets and your exchanges with the supplier, then check what holds and what does not: the tariff classification chosen and its justification, the origin claimed and the evidence supporting it, the declared value and the elements to be added or deducted, and the regulatory obligations specific to your product.
The report does not simply list discrepancies. Each point is ranked according to what it would cost you if left untreated, and assigned to the person or provider who must act. Your teams know what to do on Monday morning.

Retainer Control Tower
Your operations are regular and compliance rests on one or two people
They do not have time to check everything. We take over every month: document review, verification of Incoterms, origin and customs value, coordination of your declarant and freight forwarder, incident follow-up and regulatory monitoring in Belgium (SPF Finances, AGD&A) and across the EU.
This format answers a specific situation: your flows are regular, but compliance rests on one or two people who already have another job. The risk is not a lack of competence, it is a lack of time to re-check everything on every shipment.
We take over the recurring work: document checks before departure, consistency between order, invoice and declaration, monitoring of regulatory changes affecting your products, and coordination with your declarant and your freight forwarder. When an incident arises, you have a contact who already knows your file.

Pack CBAM / MACF
You import steel, aluminium, cement, fertilisers, hydrogen or electricity
Since 1 January 2026, only authorised CBAM declarants may do so. We prepare your eligibility file, orchestrate the collection of emissions data from your suppliers and coordinate your authorised CBAM declarant.
CBAM is not played out at the moment of declaration; it is played out at your suppliers, several months earlier. The difficulty is almost never regulatory: it is relational and linguistic. A non-EU producer does not hold the data in the expected form, does not understand why it is being asked for, and does not reply to a questionnaire in English.
We build the collection protocol in your suppliers’ working language, we monitor your annual running total to alert you before the threshold is crossed, and we document what will later have to be justified. The aim is simple: not to discover at year end that twelve months of data must be reconstructed.
You leave with: a complete CBAM file, collection templates for your suppliers and your annual compliance plan.

Systems Transition Pack
